The counterattack sand blower is divided into single rotor type and double rotor type. The basis of this classification is based on the number of rotors of the equipment. The structure of the crusher is relatively simple. The frame, transmission mechanism, rotor, hammer and impact plate are the main components of the equipment.
1. The frame of the frame impact crusher is composed of an upper frame and a lower frame, and the frames are connected by bolts. Above the rotor axis is the upper frame, which is equipped with side doors and back doors for easy maintenance and installation. The lower axis of the rotor is the lower frame, and the lower part is fixed on the foundation with bolts, which mainly bears the quality of the whole machine. The parts in the frame that are in contact with the ore are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant liners. The feed inlet of the crusher is equipped with a chain curtain to reduce the ore flying out of the crusher.
2. Transmission mechanism The transmission mechanism of the impact crusher is very simple. The motor directly drives the main shaft and rotor to rotate at a high speed through the pulley. The main shaft is supported by rolling bearings in the bearing seats on both sides of the frame, and the bearings are usually lubricated with dry oil regularly.
3. From the perspective of the working principle of the rotor, the big difference between an impact crusher and a hammer crusher is that the hammer head of the hammer crusher is suspended by a hinge joint, while the hammer head and the rotor of the impact crusher are rigidly connected , The ore is broken by the moment of inertia of the entire rotor. Therefore, the rotor needs to have sufficient quality to meet the requirements of crushing ore. If the weight of the rotor is too light, the crushing efficiency will be reduced. Of course, it should not be too heavy, otherwise the crusher will be difficult to start.
The rotor of the counterattack sand blower adopts an integral cast steel structure with high quality and easily meets the quality requirements of the crusher; at the same time, it is more durable and the hammer is easy to install. There are also some impact crushers using several disc laminated rotors made of cast steel or steel plates. This combined rotor is easy to manufacture and easy to balance. Some small impact crushers also use hollow rotors welded by steel plates. Although the structure is simple and easy to manufacture, the strength and durability are poor.
4. The impact plate is made of high manganese steel or other wear-resistant materials, and is freely suspended inside the machine. One end is hinged on both sides of the upper frame through a suspension shaft, and the other end is supported on the conical washer of the upper frame through tie rod bolts and spherical washers. The impact plate is also a safety device for the crusher. When the unbroken material enters the machine, the impact force on the impact plate increases relatively quickly, forcing the tie rod bolts to compress the spherical washer, so that the tie rod bolts are lifted backward, thereby achieving the safety of the whole machine. In addition, adjusting the nut on the tie rod bolt can change the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate, thereby controlling the size range of the crushed product.
Since the impact plate directly participates in the crushing, its shape and structure have a great influence on the crushing efficiency. In order to obtain a better crushing effect, it is theoretically required that the material and surface of the impact plate should collide vertically. At present, the impact plates of domestic impact crushers are generally made into broken lines and involutes. The former has a simple structure and is easy to process, but it cannot meet the requirements of a better crushing effect of the ore; in the latter, at each point on the impact plate, the material is impacted in the vertical direction to obtain a better crushing effect. However, due to its high processing difficulty, it is generally composed of a multi-arc impact plate that is approximately involute.
The impact plate of the counterattack sand blower generally has two stages, and the large crusher also has three stages.
5. Like the impact plate, the hammer head is made of high manganese steel or other wear-resistant materials and fixed on the rotor.
