Introduction to the method of improving the service time of impact crusher

1. After the crusher runs normally, you can start feeding.
2. The crushed material needs to be added evenly and distributed over the entire length of the rotor working part. Reduce the sudden increase in motor load.
3. Regularly check the condition of the sieve strip and remove the blockage in time.
4. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature should be within 35°C, and the higher temperature should not exceed 70°C. If the temperature exceeds 70°C, we need to shut down the equipment in time.
5. It is necessary to stop the feeding before stopping the machine. After the materials in the crushing chamber are all crushed, turn off the motor.
6. If the elastic sleeve on the impact crusher coupling is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
7. The adjustment of product granularity can be achieved by the following two methods.
(1) Change the shape of the screen bar, or insert filler blocks at both ends of the screen bar installed in the screen frame slot to change the gap of the screen bar.
(2) Turn the eccentric shaft to adjust the gap between the hydraulic hammer and the screen bar.
8. When the vibration suddenly increases, stop the machine in time, find out the cause and eliminate it.
9. After one side of the impact part of the hammer is worn, it can be reversed and used on the other side.
10. When assembling or replacing the hydraulic hammer, the rotor needs to be balanced. The total weight of the two hammers on each beam should be equal to the total weight of the hammers on the other beam, and the total deviation should not exceed 100g.
lubricating:
1. The roller bearings of this impact crusher equipment should be lubricated with clean spindle oil.
2. The bearing is filled with lubricant every 8 hours, and the lubricant is changed every month to three months. The bearings should be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene. The oil level of the bearing seat should be kept at the center of the lower roller.
