3. Whether the protection device is intact and the unsafe phenomenon should be eliminated in time.
4. Check whether there are ore or other debris in the crushing chamber, and remove them in time.
(2) Start of jaw crusher
1. The machine can only be started after checking and verifying that the machine and transmission parts are normal.
2. The machine can only be started without load.
3. After starting the machine, if an abnormal situation is found, stop the machine in time, find out the cause, and eliminate the hidden danger before starting the machine.

1. Only after the crusher works normally, can the crusher be fed.

5. During use, if the machine is stopped due to material blockage in the crushing chamber, the motor should be turned off and the material can be used again after removing the material.
