Introduce the installation of the vibrating feeder

The highlight of the design of the vibrating device of the vibrating feeder is the better use of centrifugal force. The equipment adopts this design to make the moving parts such as the screen chamber and the vibrator make forced continuous circular motion or approximate circular motion. So as to get a better running effect.
The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough, a vibration exciter, a spring support, a transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the tank body vibrating feed is a vibration exciter, which consists of two eccentric shafts (active shaft and passive shaft) and Gear pair composition. The motor drives the drive shaft through the V-belt, and the gear on the drive shaft meshes with the driven shaft to rotate. The driving shaft and the driven shaft rotate in opposite directions at the same time, so that the tank body vibrates, so that the materials flow continuously, and the purpose of conveying materials is realized.
The feeding process of the vibrating feeder is realized by using a vibrating motor to drive the feeding trough to make periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the vibration acceleration of the feeding trough is greater than the acceleration of gravity, the material in the trough will be thrown up according to a parabolic trajectory and jump forward. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibrating motor, the feeding and blanking are completed within 1/50 second. The trough vibrates continuously, and the material in the trough continuously jumps forward to achieve the feeding purpose.
Vibration feeder equipment installation:
1. When the vibrating feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, it should be installed horizontally to realize the uniformity and stability of the feeding and reduce the self-flow of the material. Generally, the material is continuously fed, and it can be installed at a downward slope of 10 degrees. For viscous materials and materials with high water content, it can be installed at a downward slope of 15 degrees.
2. After installation, the feeder should have a 20 mm swimming gap, level, and the suspension device can be connected flexibly.
3. Before trial operation, all bolts used must be tightened once, which needs to be the base bolt of the vibration motor, and tighten again after continuous operation for 3-5 hours.
4. During trial operation, the two vibration motors need to rotate in opposite directions, and the current and noise should be stable. If abnormalities are found, stop in time.
5. Lubricate the motor bearings of the vibrating feeder once every two months, and once a month in the hot season.
