How the equipment works
The rotating speed of the motor driven rotor in the crushing chamber is relatively fast. When the material enters the machine from the upper feeding port, the impact, shear and grinding of the high-speed hammer will crush the material. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. Among the crushed materials, the particles smaller than the screen mesh size are discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particles larger than the screen mesh size remain on the screen plate, continue to be hammered and ground, and then discharged through the screen plate.
The structure of the equipment
The new hammer crusher is mainly composed of hammer head, rotor, crushing plate, sieve plate (grate), box body, etc.
1. Rotor: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the box. There is a hammer on the rotor. The hammer head rotates with the rotor. The materials entering the box are hammered, impacted, sheared and ground by high-speed rotation to achieve the purpose of crushing. Red Star Hammer Crusher can be divided into single rotor (single shaft type) and double rotor (double shaft type). Single rotor can be divided into irreversible and reversible. According to the number of hammer rows, it can be divided into single row type and multi row type.
2. Sieve plate: If the crushed material is smaller than the sieve plate gap, it will be excluded from the machine. If the material is larger than the screen gap, it will be impacted and ground again or more with a hammer until it can be removed from the screen gap. Therefore, after being crushed by the new hammer crusher, the output particle size is uniform.
