The new jaw crusher has been widely used in the mining process. The operation and maintenance of the jaw crusher are more important. Incorrect operation and maintenance or negligence in operation often leads to accidents. Correct operation and maintenance will help improve the production capacity of the crusher. Let us look at several aspects that should be paid attention to.
Preparation before starting
Check whether the main components are in good condition, whether the connecting parts such as fastening bolts are loose, and whether the safety devices are complete;
Check whether the feeding equipment, conveying equipment and electrical equipment are in good condition;
Check whether the lubrication device is intact and whether the cooling water pipe valve is open.
Startup and normal operation
Start up according to operating procedures, that is, the startup sequence is a reverse production process;
When starting the main motor, pay attention to the indication of the ammeter on the control cabinet. After 20s-30s, the current drops to the normal working current value;
Adjust and control the feeding to make the feeding uniform, and the particle size of the material is no more than 80%-90% of the width of the feeding port;
The temperature of sliding bearing is generally not more than 60℃, and the temperature of rolling bearing is not more than 70℃;
When the electrical equipment automatically trips, the reason is unknown and continuous starting is strictly prohibited;
In case of mechanical failure or personal accident, stop in time.
Precautions when parking
The stopping sequence is opposite to the starting sequence, that is, it runs in the direction of the production process;
Only after the crusher stops working, the lubrication and cooling system can stop working. In winter, the circulating cooling water in the bearing should be drained. Avoid bearing freezing and cracking;
Clean and inspect all parts of the machine after shutdown.
lubricating
The connecting rod bearing, eccentric shaft bearing and thrust plate elbow head of the new type jaw crusher are lubricated with lubricating oil. It is suitable to use No. 70 motor oil in summer. No. 40 oil can be used in winter. If the crusher often works continuously, there is an oil heating device in winter, and the ambient temperature in summer is not too high, it can be lubricated with No. 50 mechanical oil.
In addition, pay attention to the lubrication of the new jaw crusher:
1. Always pay attention to and do a good job of lubricating the friction surface to achieve the normal operation of the machine and increase the service life of the equipment.
2. The grease used is general-purpose lithium-based grease or complex calcium-based grease, or the grease required by the manufacturer.
3. The grease added in the bearing housing is about 50% of its space volume. Each shift will be increased once and replaced every 3-6 months. When changing the oil, clean the ball bearing raceway with clean gasoline or kerosene.
4. Inject an appropriate amount of grease between the toggle plate and the bracket seat.
