Then, if the equipment is used for a long time, it will inevitably encounter some minor problems, so let's analyze the failures and introduce the solutions below.
1. Machine vibration
Reason: Replace the hammer head or cone head wear, the rotor static balance does not meet the requirements; the hammer head breaks, the rotor loses balance; the pin shaft is bent and broken; the triangle disc or the disc is cracked; the anchor bolts are loose.
Solution: Remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer head shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the relative hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; replace the hammer head and replace the pin shaft. Repair or replace by welding; tighten the anchor bolts.
2. There is knocking sound inside the new hammer crusher machine
Reason: Unbroken materials enter the machine, the fasteners of the lining board are loose, the hammer hits the lining board; the hammer or other parts are broken.
Solution: Stop work and clean the crushing chamber; check the fastening of the liner and the gap between the hammer head and the screen bar; replace the damaged part.
3. The elastic coupling makes a knocking sound
Reason: the pin is loose; the elastic ring is worn.
Solution: stop working, tighten the pin nut; replace the elastic ring.
4. The bearing is overheated
Reasons: insufficient or excessive grease, deterioration of grease, damage to bearings.
Solution: Add an appropriate amount of grease, the grease in the bearing should be 50% of the space volume; clean the bearing, replace the grease, and replace the bearing.
5. Reduced output
Reason: The gap between the screen bars is blocked and the feeding is uneven
Solution: Stop the machine, clear the blockage in the gap between the screen bars, and adjust the feeding mechanism.
6. The discharge particles are too large
Reason: the hammer is worn too much and the screen bar is broken.
Solution: Replace the hammer head and replace the screen bar.
7. The hammer head temperature is too high
Reason: Too much or too little lubricating oil, lubricating oil quality problem, serious hammer head wear.
Solution: Add or clean lubricating oil, replace better quality grease, and replace hammer head.
8. Motor bearing heating:
Reason: The bearing oil is too low and the V-belt is too tight.
Solution: Remove the bearing screws and check the wear of the bearing. If there is no damage, add enough lubricant and adjust the V-belt appropriately.
9. The big pulley rotates slowly, the motor vibrates, and the current is large
Reason: The feed is too much and uneven, the V-belt is loose, and the material is too wet, resulting in "loss of rotation".
Solution: The feeding should be uniform, reduce the feeding, after the feeding current returns to normal, tighten the motor anchor screw, and then crush the material after drying.
10. The new type of hammer crusher V-belt layering
Reason: The belt will age if the tension is too tight.
Solution: You need to cut off the part that has dropped layers, adjust the belt tightness, and then replace the belt.
