1. Check before starting

During the feeding process, separate attention should be paid to feed the materials evenly into the crushing chamber to prevent metal blocks from entering the crushing chamber to damage the equipment. Too much material enters the crushing chamber, and the particle size of the material should be within the normal range.
3. Need to check the particle size of crushed aggregate. If the particle size does not meet the crushing requirements, it should be adjusted in time.
4. Regularly check whether the bolts on the crusher are loose. If it is loose, it should be shut down for maintenance. Do not inspect or repair the equipment during operation to avoid damage to the equipment.
5. The startup sequence is as follows: Dust removal module, conveyor module, crusher feed module. After the equipment is started, no feeding is required. When the equipment can work normally, the crushing station can re-feed.
6. The shutdown sequence of the equipment is exactly the opposite of the startup sequence: the feed module, the crusher, the conveyor module, and the dust removal module. Stop feeding until the material in the crushing chamber is completely broken, then turn off the motor, and turn off the conveying module and the dust removal module in turn. After the equipment is shut down, check the usage of the fastening bolts, impact plates, and impact plates.
